This customers complaint is invalidThe order was placed via our online system which means all information was entered by the customerThe items were sent to the address that she inputedWhen she called looking for her items we advised they were showing deliveredShe stated she had not received themAt that time we asked her to verify her addressWhen we advised the order came through with a different address she stated we were committing fraudShe was extremely unreasonable saying we somehow made up the addressInstead of continuing to allow her to demean our representatives we chose not to issue a replacement order and instead refunded the card she used at the time of purchase
