I went to Midas to have my car inspected due to a noise I was hearing I took the car and was told that they thought it was the suspension He said for an extra $they can do a more in depth inspection I paid He told me what I needed and said that they are not major issues that needed to get fixed right away He handed me the keys and I said I will bring the car back later or tomorrow He said ok I drive off and when I got around the corner by the mall, my brakes would not stop I luckily was able to go into an empty section of the malls parking lot and use my emergency brakes I called Midas to tell them what just happened I had my car towed there He said the brake fluid was leaking, the brakes line is broken He said he will fix it for a fee, but he's not liable because it's a coincidence that it happened when I left the lot I told him he is liable because he told me my car could drive and obviously it wasn't He was being very rude and walking away while I was

Several months ago I purchased four new tires and had some other services completed on my carJust recently I found myself with a flat, when I took the tire to be repaired at my trustworthy mechanic we noticed the tire had a slash , meaning I needed to purchase a new tireIn doing so and having to purchase a new tire it was discovered there was a rotting metal piece inside my brand new tire ( piece is used to hold a spare on a SUV or truck)This metal piece slashed my tire from the inside I proceeded with my tire repair and placed the slash tire bought at Midas in my trunk along with the metal pieceI then visited the Midas shop and explained what was discoveredt this time the manager stated there was no way this was them and insinuated either I or my mechanic placed the piece in the tireI cannot even explain the frustration upon hearing these accusations I proceeded to explain that all I wanted was my money back for this one tire which he in return stated " I know, I know
