In response to your letter dated 9/29/I would like to follow up with our side of the damage on Mr***'s Grand Amm Our security footage shows the car delivered by wrecker at 3:p.mFriday, September 23, We checked the car and wrote a service ticket at 4:p.mthe
same day The service writer stated that when he checked the car in the left front headlight was loose and the left front door was damaged The service writer stated he had difficulty opening the door due to the door contacting the fender when opened We pulled the car into the shop at 8:a.mMonday September 26th and the service technician also commented the left front door was hard to open due to the fender rubbing the door.Initially, we denied Mr*** access to the security footage due to the work load at the end of the month We did call Mr*** back on Friday, September 30th and offered him the opportunity to view footage on Saturday, October but never heard back from him The footage is scheduled to erase October 5th.We are convinced that the damage was on the card before we worked on it Monday September 26th.Respectfully,Craig R***
