Save yourself a lot of time and headache and do not use this company for a pool install. We are 16 months into our project and still do not have a useable pool. We were more than understanding of the owner's excuses (which ranged from family illness to running out of money because other clients supposedly hadn't paid him) for far too many months. None of the issues were our problem yet we were understanding and kind only to be the losing party in the end. *** finally admitted he did not know how to finish our project and quit. The scope of work has not changed once. We have not deviated from the original plan which the landscape architect he commissioned designed 19 months ago yet now he says he has no experience executing some of the features on our design. Furthermore, he has told the landscaper architect whom he hasn't paid since being involved 6 months ago that he quit the project and he should now bill us directly. After he quit I demanded he reinstall our fence which he had taken down and he broke the magna latch in the process now leaving us with a fence that doesn't close posing a huge safety and liability issue for us. He also left a giant mess on the side of my house with boxes, extremely heavy building material, etc. He is very unprofessional and has no regard for his customers. We had an independent pool company come and evaluate the pool equipment and they found countless issues with the way everything is configured. He refuses to deliver equipment which we already paid for months ago. Bottom line, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This is just the beginning of the problems with them if that tells you anything.
We used Rumo's Tile and Pool to put an inground pool in our backyard. We had numerous problems during the course of this project that I am willing to overlook and will not go into too much detail here..My main complaint is that we paid him what he quoted us for a pool and hot tub with heater which was over 50,000 and to this date our hot tub is still not able to be independently heated from our pool as the valve configuration is not correct and as a result, we have yet to use our hot tub. This project was started summer of 2017 and we have been very patient and have tried talking to the owners of the company, however are not getting anywhere as far as resolution.
Finish the job We are asking that our hot tub be able to be used as we intended, without heating our entire pool to heat the hot tub which would be ridiculous and a huge waste of money. If we are not able to get this done, we plan to post poor reviews on websites and to escalate further with small claims court. If this gets to small claims court, we would plan to ask for monetary damages to include the cost of the heater we paid for and hot tub which again we have yet to use.

First of all, the pool and spa heating weren't included in the contract.The pool and spa were totally built up including plumbing jobs when our customer decided to have their pool and spa heated.After all installations the pool and spa are heated 100% together. our customer wants them to be heated separately.She needs to pay to another plumber to do that, than he will tell them if it's possible to do it.Due to this, which is not our fault,she refuses to pay us the balance owed of $10,000.00. The final building final by Cobb County, has no violation what so ever.The customers, as we advised them needed to follow the county rules for building the protection fence and self latch gate and alarm at windows and doors which are the owners responsibility and they were also not included in our contract. To make our customer pleased, we will be able to get the heater mentioned from her back - THE HEATER THAT IS HEATING BOTH POOL AND SPA NOW - and deduct the extra jobs completed towards the heater.
