Rumur Releasing

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Rumur Releasing regarding complaint ID ***, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Rumur Releasing did contact me via email shortly after you contacted them The business requested the receipts to prove that I ordered
from them I emailed the receipts to them The company responded that they would send me "another DVD", claiming that the firrst one must have gotten lost by the post office That was June **, I still have not received the DVD Thee business is in New York City and I live in upstate New York I don't think it takes that long for a DVD to reach me through the mailI just emailed the business again asking for a refund
