Our company did everything and more to try to satisfy [redacted] and [redacted] , owner's of [redacted] *** The proposal was signed and dated which clearly stated we would be using fasteners We have always outsourced the fabrication of these systems to a company called [redacted] ***r located in [redacted] ** There was a delay beyond our control while the system was being made and when it was completed we even went and picked the system up for them at no extra charge as we know they were in a hurry I have attached copies of the signed proposal which was signed and dated In addition, the [redacted] , Al Ellington, inspected the system not once but twice and passed it both times [redacted] stated verbally that he would go to court on our behalf if need be I have attached a copy of the final invoice that [redacted] initialed showing that the hood system was properly installed Also there was a verbal agreement between our company and [redacted] that he would install all insulation which he did not The installation of the insulation would have prevented all of the stated problems
