Review: I called to begin trash service with this company at the end of July to start in August. I paid for the month of August at that time. A few weeks later I sent a second check to the business for the month of September to be sure I was paid ahead of time. Within the month of August my trash was only picked up by the business 1 time and not on the scheduled day. It was only after 2 phone calls that it was picked up the following day. I have made 7 phone calls to the business over the month inquiring whether I was forgot about and if they would be by. Each time I was told yes they would be over and they never came. I ended up taking my trash myself to the transfer station and paying them for its disposal. I have since decided to go with another hauler.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed at minimum for the month of September that I paid in August as I have opted to go with another hauler after the poor service I received and will not be using their services going forward.
