Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below I am rejecting the business's response in regards to my complaint as this issue was pre existing prior to my rental of the climate controlled storage unit in Jan as evident upon inspection after the water damage had destroyed the items as mentioned in my complaint to the Revdex.comAlso, this water damage wouldn't have been covered by any insurance company (as told to me) as the business Running Hill Self Storage was negligent in keeping their property maintained properlyIf the property, specifically storage unit # BldgG was maintained properly, this water damage would not have occurred in the first place not to mention the negligence of the business to keep the roofing clear of enormous amounts of snow that were witnessed to be on all storage unit roofs, to include BldgGUnit # This is an unacceptable response from the business due to the aforementionedIn closing, if you read the business contract that a renter must sign prior to renting a storage unit, you will see that not only is the business alleging that they are allegedly not responsible for the damages to my personal belongings, but in the contract it states that they are not responsible due to their negligence for example if someone should slip and fall due to their negligence in a case when someone may fall due to un sanded ice on the ground in which may cause an injuryMysterious disappearance is also verbage as contained in this contract and this statement as stated in this contract really is a true eye openerI would not recommend anyone storing their belongings at Running Hill Self Storage, [redacted] **"Consumers Beware." If the property, specifically storage unit # 49 Bldg. G was maintained properly, this water damage would not have occurred in the first place not to mention the negligence of the business to keep the roofing clear of enormous amounts of snow that were witnessed to be on all storage unit roofs, to include Bldg. G1 Unit # 49. This is an unacceptable response from the business due to the aforementioned. In closing, if you read the business contract that a renter must sign prior to renting a storage unit, you will see that not only is the business alleging that they are allegedly not responsible for the damages to my personal belongings, but in the contract it states that they are not responsible due to their negligence for example if someone should slip and fall due to their negligence in a case when someone may fall due to un sanded ice on the ground in which may cause an injury. We just received your letter this date with regards to the complaint filed by **. [redacted] on 6/10/2015. Our response to this complaint is the same as when there was a discussion between and the rental agent at running Hill Self Storage. We have no liability for any alleged damages to any items that...

**. [redacted] had in her storage unit. We have enclosed a copy of the Rental Contract that was completed and signed by **. [redacted], when she rented the unit on January 9, 2015. At the time of the rental we stress to every client the contents of the contract are their responsibility. As you will see in the highlighted area sections 6,9,10,19 and 32 that we have no liability for her contents in any way or form. We have sent a letter to **. [redacted] on March 26, 2015 in response to her letter of March 18th which also included a copy of her contract and notes from the agent on duty who observed the unit and **. [redacted]'s notice to terminate her rental. We provide space for people to store their items since 2009 we have not had any issues with prior or current renters. We stipulate clearly in the rental contract that is the [redacted] choice to insure or not to insure their personal possessions.
