Running Out of Time

A few weeks after I had batteries installed in my watch it stopped workingI went back and the salesperson took it and gave me a repair ticket(That was a few month's ago)
I called several times since then a d they told me it was out for repairI stopped by there weeks ago to find out what's going on and how long before they get it backThe woman there looked in the repair bin but couldn't find itShe said she would call me that day with an answer(She didn't)I called again last week and spoke with the owner and he said come in SundayI couldn't make it there that dayI called today to verify it was thereI spoke to Jeanette and she again couldn't find itShe said I'll call the owner and I will call you back

I went here to have my watch resized. The salesgirl resized it and charged me $15 (most places didn't charge). I was walking around the mall and my watch fell off my hand, I picked it up to see that a few links fell right off causing the watch to fall apart. I went back to this store/stand and told the salesgirl that resized it what happened, she acted as if it wasn't a big deal. She stated "well I was really busy so I must not have hammered it right". I asked her what would have happened if my watch broke?! The [redacted] stepped in and stated (very rudely) "if that happens keep coming back we can afford it". I asked her for a refund and she said looked at me and said "OKAY TIME FOR YOU TO LEAVE. OKAY BYE." These girls were so rude and spoke down to me, please don't go there. They just aren't nice people. Save your time, money, and protect your watch by not going there.
