hi , this is [redacted] !i am from amerivu inn and suites, I would like to tell you that the Theresa [redacted] is the customer , she stay here hole night and in the morning ask for refund because she didn't get clean room , so we aske her that to tell us right a way so that we could...
change the room for her but she didn't tell us at the time and we offer $10 cash back for apology but she only ask for full refund and that we can not do as per our hotel policy! if it would be fact then she should come right a way when did she checked inn for refund or asked for another room but she didn't , and we get the latter from you. so , that is the fact happen and we get the complain which is totally unethical. thank you.
