When signing up for service I was given a package deal that I was unaware that I was being signed up forI asked for a specific channel and I was not offered the package that this channel was inI was asked to sign for the installation and I was in fact signing the contract at that time and I was unaware of thisWhen I realized that I did not have what I had requested, I called customer service and was told that I did not purchase the packageAt this time I was told of the phone service that I had that I was unaware ofI advised the customer service repthat I did not need or want this service and she informed me that I was paying for it anyway, as I had signed the contractWhen I told her that I had not signed a contract yet, she informed me that when I signed for the installation that is when I had signed the contractI asked to speak to a supervisor, at which time I was told it would be a long time before one would call me back because there was only one on duty

I was in the military for years and moved to different locations, apartments and houses In all locations around the united states and I have to say ZITO media has by far the worst connection issues out of every Internet service provider Ive ever came in contact withIf you ever decide to look for internet please read their reviews on their products and steer clearIf a company sells you a product you do not want it to be broken 35% of the timeHow does this company stay in business when they have so many complaintsI use this internet to live, I test websites and Im a full time online student and Ive been disconnected during FINALS before and had to have one resetIve been in the middle of quizzes and the internet will just go outI've filed complaints with the FCC and now the Revdex.com after the fact that they really didn't fix the problem in the first placeWe have been with zito for months and after switching routers twice and filing complaints and sending so many emails and even reaching out to them on twitterIts not fixed and it will never be fixedIts just frustrating because I know its not just me but this is happening to the entire town of mountain home and military families all over mountain home and this company is getting away with it

We have had zito media since June of 2017, having it installed shortly after we moved here from my husband getting out of the militarySince then we have had cable boxes, modems and a number of wiring changesEvery day I have to manually reset my modem 3+times a dayIts been a constant run around with their level two tech support who swear nothing is wrongI've asked for supervisors, request tech support to come to my home, I request to be transferred to somebody higher up and get denied, flat out get told noThis is poor services and poor customer managementOur contract states, we are paying for 100mbps download speed, we get maximum 20mbpsI've asked for numerous copies of my contract both in store and through mail in writing and get nothing There are over 14,people in my small town and 95% of us are having the same issues
