Attached is a copy of the sales receipt that is signed by [redacted]

As you can see on the receipt the policy is very clear that all
sales are Final.
Above the customer signature line it states that (I have read and understand

and I agree to fully comply with all terms)
As far as her claim that we are making her pay $441.94 or nothing
is false. She called and asked if she can purchase the dress without
alterations and we told her YES. Alterations at
our store are optional and we don’t require the customer to get the alterations
to be done at our store.That means that she can pay
for the dress alone and that balance would be $306.94.
Our store policy is consistent with all specialty dress stores
across the country of a final sale policy.
