I want to thank you for the professional attitude of your worker, Mike Twho arrived at my home earlier than I expected He set my control box for my irrigation system which I had screwed up and didn't know how to correct He checked all my sprinkle heads and replaced the ones that were bad He also suggested that I move a plant which had grown up too big and was blocking one sprinkler head Thanks Mike T

In the spring of 2016, the sprinkler system in our backyard suddenly stopped working We noticed water collecting in the sprinkler manifold near the back of our house We called All American Sprinkler Systems (AAIS) and scheduled them to come to our house on June 22, The technician arrived and found three valves were leaking He did not have replacement valves on hand and needed to schedule another appointment We paid the technician $for the service call The technician gave me an estimate for repairs of $for the three valves and a labor cost of to hours to make repairs @ $95/hour I agreed to this estimate The technician returned two weeks later and repaired the valves However, when the system was tested it still wasn't working The technician and his assistant spent some time troubleshooting but were unable to resolve the problem They told me that the lines coming out from two of the three valves were capped, and they couldn't figure out how the rest o
I am submitting this review to warn others of the owner of this companyMrMaybeery (Owner) first told me that StAugustine Palmetto was $and he would give me a $discount per pallet for my over years of service to our great countryI made the first mistake by trusting his wordYes, he sucked me in like all snake oil salesman doThe 2nd mistake I made was signing the contractWhen I did bring up the discount later he did take off $Keep in mind this was for palletsit should have been $To make this even better they were short pallets and pieces according to their field managerFortunately I wise up when they wanted to charge me the $dollar delivery fee again for the pallets and pieces of sodWhat I wonder is how many customers to they short on sod just so they can charge a second delivery fee plus the seven pieces were additional $I ended up buying my own sodIt took pallets with pieces let over Lastly I had to go to my neighbors house who I recommended this company to let them know what happendIn my opinion no company should be able to use religion in their advertising like this company doesSemper Fidelis
I had a Irrigation system in on the 9-4- and it came with a year warrantyOn 9-21-i was watering my lawn I heard a hard sound of water hitting my gate on the side of my home, I went outside to see what is was and noticed that there was water coming from a place in the ground, so I went in the garage to turn off the waterI went to call the company about the problem, they said that someone could come out on the 29th of September When the tech came out to fixed he never told me that it was not cover by the warrantyHe ask me how did it happen, I told him I had no ideal how it happenHe proceeded to fix it never saying that it was not cover under the warrantyHe told me that it would cost $centsI told him that, that should be cover under the warranty and he stayed that I musta done it myself because I had dug up the dirt to find the leakHe was very hostile toward meso I paid him, then call his offices to explain to the owner but got nothing but assul
