To Whom It May Concern;Yes we did install a [redacted] Turbine for [redacted] Tree Farm in 2012. This was purchased thru a master distributor called [redacted] Electronics. [redacted] had a contract with [redacted] on the purchasing of the turbine and warranty work. [redacted] was factory trained and had the contract with...

[redacted] for the whole United States. [redacted] from Rural Bolt was the installer. On the commissioning, this was turned over to [redacted] once the installation was complete. [redacted] has went out of business. We provided a copy of this once we learned that [redacted] never turned this into  [redacted]. [redacted] has made several attempts to get the parts needed for this turbine. We were working with customer service and a couple of the tec's that have been gone for some time. We contacted NYSERDA whom these turbines are certified thru.[redacted] whom is factory certified to work on the [redacted] turbines has worked on this turbine and is the one that concluded what parts were needed to fix the turbine. After several attemps to get help from [redacted], they now have a new customer relations person and the parts are going to be sent out from out of the country to the Veeder's place so that they can be put in and get the turbine back up and running. This has been a group effort to try and get parts for this turbine.Turbine parts are not interchangeable so you can not just grab a part from another company to put on. The customer has not received the parts as of yet but I am being told by [redacted], that they will be shipping them out.
