We requested an estimate from a Sales/service person on FridayOctober 16th for a tankless hot water heater.
The "service" person arrive and was not very clean and didn't even have his shirt tugged in. Looked disshovel and did not identify his self and the only way I trusted who he was because he arrived in a Rual business truck. We talked a few minutes and he looked at the location where a possible installation could be done. Did not explain anything concerning the installation. I don't know alot about tankless hot water systems but felt he should have explained exactly what is required for this type of installation. I had to ask a number of questions to get anything explained. He said he would get back to me with a quotation but didn;'t indicatate when taht would be. He didn't l;eave a business card nor any brochures or information as to options for a hot water system.
On Monday I called the office to see where the quotation was so we could start combarring some othe prices I had received after their visit. I was transferred to "[redacted]" and identified myself and made comment to him about the unptrofessional and dirty appearence of his service person. [redacted] didn't have any idea of where my quotation was and would have to check with his man. I asked when that would be as we would like to make our discession and needed their quot. [redacted] got an attitude and said I might want to do buisness with someone else. At that time the conversation ended.
I am a small business owner for over 30 years and would never tell a potential new customer to take his business elsewhaer. I will not be recommending anyone to contact Rual Heating & Pumbing for any of their needs.","neg-1
