company to manage her single family home.Owner had tenant in home prior to our company taking over management. Tenant, unfortunately, did about $15,in damage to owner's property. Tenant was evicted, owner was involved in process.The owner requested that our company oversee repairs and remodel to make property tenableThe owner ensured payment would be made for the costs of these repairs. Owner did not pay for repairs in full and would not make paymentWhen contacted, owner stated that they were having money issues and could not pay at that timeOur company told her we would find tenant and use income to pay overdue bills on house. Our company continued management of the home and found a tenant to occupy the property, the income from this tenant was used to pay contractors that worked on the home This was communicated via phone, text, and email, on multiple occasions to the owner. After approximately two months owner contacted our company and told us to distribute funds to her, instead of to the contractors that were owed and canceled our services. Contractors were informed and remaining delinquent funds were billed directly to owner by the contractors. Our company waived remaining unpaid management fees and left owner with zero balance due to us.
