n response to this complaint we (Rush Auto Sales) do not feel that *** *** is entitled to a refund of her down paymentShe drove the car for more months and never had any issues until the transmission went badHer husband told me not to do the title because they were requesting a refund from *** for lack of title from the Bank (***)I told him the title was already done, he was upset, So if the loan was rescinded, it was done so at *** *** requestSo no refund should be given on that issueHer initial complaint to the Revdex.com was for her titleWhen she saw had it she didn't want it, She cormplained to the State of Ohio, they saw the title was already done and had no issueIn concluding, she (*** ***) in our(Rush Auto Sales) does not deserve a refund for her loan being rescinded for the title when it was already done and she wanted out of the loan at her requestThank you for your time and consideration,

I received a letter from the Revdex.com regarding complaint ***First the complaint was *** *** wanted her title, which I had already doneOnce she found out it was already done she stated she wanted her down pymt back because her loan was rescinded.I *** *** of Rush Auto Sales do not believe this to be true of accurateWe only arrived at this place I believe do to *** *** having transmission issues and looking for a way out this car dealThe title issue was in part do the the disappearance of *** ***I needed the title application signedThe letter she sent from *** *** says the loan was rescinded on 9/17/which is the same day she entered into a Retail Installment Contract with ***There is no date on the letter no contact info of who worked on this agreement, this letter seems oddI have been dong business with *** for years, if this was in fact true, I am sure they would have reached out to meI have heard nothingThere are so many inconsistencies with her story I can't go through them allTo make a long story short, I believe *** *** is looking to exploit the situation for clean break from expensive car repairsI dont think she deserves a refund when she drove the car for months and was happy until the car had issues was left at *** *** for monthsThank you for your time and consideration.Very truly yours,*** ***

A copy of the title will be sent to customer today. They can also acquired a copy of the title from any DMV office. I have also sent a copy the title to [redacted] Financial. The Title number is [redacted].

Rush Auto took over a year to obtain the title, there was another lein holder on this title for the entire year. The title at this point is useless. As asked previously, I want my entire down payment paid to Rush Auto refunded. He sold me a car that he didn't even have rights to till over a year later. I have the title history on the car and also the agreement from the loan company that states the reason for the loan being rescinded.

[redacted] has made several attempts to contact him and have been unsuccessful. As far as the documents regarding the recission, I have a signed copy along with emails between [redacted] and my self concerning this matter.  They contain sensitive information so I will fax them to Revdex.com. In my initial complaint I didn't ask for the title I asked for a refund of my deposit. As far as [redacted] not being able to locate me that is also not true,  my job, home address and phone number have remained the same. Matter of fact [redacted] has been to my job to take pictures of they vehicle in an effort to "obtain the title ".  I'm only going to address the facts in these situation and not what he speculates. The loan has been rescinded due to him not obtaining the title in a timely matter. [redacted] has issued a refund for the car payments made. I have a signed rescission agreement with [redacted] Financial. [redacted] did not obtain the title in the dealership name until 10/16. [redacted] put a false purchase date down when he finally did obtain the title. I  no longer have the car due to this title issue and Rush Auto should refund my downpayment  the title

RUSH AUTO continues to be untruthful regarding this matters as evident by the responses they submit. I've provided documentation to substantiate my claim and discredit their accusations.  The facts remain the same, and it is apparent that Rush Auto Sales is not interested in resolving this matter in this forum. I encourage Rush Auto Sales to contact [redacted] if they are unsure about their neglience that  resulted in a recission.  We were told by [redacted] that Rush Auto Sales is responsible for refunding the down payment . [redacted] would be more than happy to explain this to them , especially since they have been trying to make contact with this business for several months now.

The receipt for the title, dated October 11, 2016 for Butler County, was sent to Ms. [redacted] (see attached Title)

Upon completion of the loan cancellation by the Loan Company and Rush Auto removing the vehicle from my property it still owes me my $3,000.00 down payment.
