Dear Revdex.com,
      We are sending this correspondence via email in regards to the complaint referenced above. We would have loved to followed up with you right away but had no prior knowledge about this complaint. WE also about the complaint My Company however did receive a letter dated February 8, 2016 I acknowledge it as a standard business questionnaire form. We are aware that this customer had an issue as he had the work in question done in May 2015. He made contact with us regarding his Stereo equipment that he purchased and installed from Rush Exotic Audio. 
A-  Customer complained about the prices, stating that we marked up Triple the wholesale amount. In which we provided along with the description of each item he purchased from Rush Exotic Audio. Customer was very satisfied and was in total agreement at that time that equipment was purchased.
Stereo Pioneer AVH-X2700BS. We took some time to provide some information that we compiled to show that after now after 10 months on clearance the cost is $ 312.99     please refer to the links provided at any time to view the information listed below. In which you will see that the customer still came out saving some money with our Business.

    If you verify and check online for the price that doesnt Include Labor amongst other essentials that are required and neccessary for properly wiring stereo and all other components would be $312.00 speaker $388.00 + amp $73.93 + subwoofer $ 157.00 + sound box $88.00    $ 1,018.00. online price with no labor and other components worth at least $100.00 and up.
 if you add the labor and the mouting kit harnes antann adapter 2 pear of door speaker plus labor and ampifire and amp wires kit and cusotm sound box with to subwoofer and the lobarcustomer showing  we over charge hime not right the units he get    So if you look at what we charged was in the amount of $1,400.00 that he happily agreed with. So coming from a honorable Business where in our community we serve all branches of the Military and have hundreds of repeat customers.
 With all the documents that we have provided along with the copy of the original invoice, a copy of his driver license, and other valuble documents that will support and serve as proof in the information we have submitted for you in this enclosed email. I really cant understand how Mr.[redacted] can show proof or justify why he would not accept a one time courtesy to honor his full warranty even though it expired at absolutely no cost to him.. he declined and lastly we reached out to see how we could make this right still nothing. I feel that it is highly unlikely that he will confirm our efforts to extend a hand out to him. to when he trying to show we over charge he is not telling the truth
B- The Customer did notify us when he came back to our Shop roughly Two month ago asking for Warranty on Pioneer stereo. It is clearly printed on our Business invoice thatWe provide a 90 day warranty and no warranty on damaged equipment or blown speakers right next to that is our Acknowledgements for authorization to install. every customer is required to sign once they agree to service and price. After customer signs and pays we collect the keys and immediately start working on the vehicle. At the bottom left of warranty we inform customer of 90 day(3 months) in store warranty on parts. After the 90 day the customer can have one year or more directly through manufacturer so we explain that for him    that he need to send the radio to the manufacturer for warranty because in store 90 day was up. After he complained that he didnt want to send the equipment out so we offered to send it on his behalf but he would have to pay shipping, handling and Labor.He went back and forth with our employees and was upset felt like he should not have to pay and left. So after about Three days we called him to follow up and to satisfy the customer we did offer to honor a one time courtesy and decided to give him full warranty on parts and labor. Our goal was to try to reach out to the customer after letting him calm down and trying to provide customer service but he declined the one time courtesy. At that point and time we felt as if there was o way to compensate him anymore than we offered. Obviously he didn't want a resolution that we tried to provide so we stopped all contact from our end.
C- customer complained about labor and wiring ( equipment) that he just need to refund and return after months.   He then later came  back to our business to allow us to once again work on his vehicle if the  price was right. This time he wanted to equipment removed rom the vehicle but we told him it would cost about $40.00 and he said that was to. He had a hidden agenda to get a full return because he wanted to return or trade in his car to the dealership and he toke the system from his car to return
 the customer work to show rush exotic audio as a bad business with incorrect information . We are Human and we try to strive with perfection to everyone who walks in our establishment. If there is a problem at anytime at all we go above and beyond to provide a resolution.
