Review: Found a coupon for there site 20 % off on All Orders EXP Feb-**-2014 when tried to use coupon code it said "

Coupon cannot be used for the product you ordered" when called the company women answered really nice & said let me check in to it then a guy got on the phone who was very rude & said it don't work on trees. Yet the coupon said "Get 20 % off on All Orders " then the guy just hung up on me. You can find this coupon all over the net the promo code is "[redacted]" I was ordering the Royal Empress Trees set of 20 for $79.60 plus $12.95 shipping before discount.Desired Settlement: Recive the 20% off my order as coupon states all orders not some

Regarding the complaint, this discount code only applies to the product in the attached advertisement. This was explained to the potential customer at the time of the phone call. Please advise.

Here are just some of the links there are many more with there coupon listed and there nothing like there saying. They all say any item no restrictions.

After further research it has been determined these are third party coupon sites that are not affiliated with Rush Industries in any way. Rush Industries runs authorized advertisements in magazines from time to time offering coupon codes and periodically email coupon codes out to our newsletter subscriber list as well. These are the only Rush Industries authorized sources. Unfortunately we cannot control the content on third party sites but we will try and contact the companies to have these coupons removed. We have tried calling [redacted] as well to explain the situation.
