First of all your "Reputation is Second to None" is an utter UNTRUTH!!? Just yesterday I was speaking with a company (a very large company)? who is looking for someone for their needs.? After speaking with one of the employees there, he knew that "Rush Personnel" was "suppose" to be the company to contact for the job.? However, after? several? people said "....they would not work with Rush because they are very arrogant and difficult to work with", this company has chosen to? use another personnel agency.? I am awaiting the name of that agency.? (Rush's reputation supercedes them AGAIN!) Just because someone says somethingdoes not make it TRUE!!!!!!10,candidates?? Really???I DID NOT REFUSE...to take my testing again.? The FACT is that I was NOT given that opportunity.? I told THEM, I would take it again sooner than later when I could get back to them..The employee that "....has worked for RUSH well over years", WAS in fact very rude and fully non-empathetic about my need to speak with "the manager".? ? He said he needed to "protect her"? I wasn't even angry yet, just frustrated.To make this perfectly clear, I was NOT "agitated because I had not been selected for employment".? I just wanted to speak to the manager about their procedure.? This is because I had not hear one word, one way or another, as to the status of my application, my interview or anything.? It was as though they had just tossed me aside, didn't NEED to communicate with me and this was disturbing to me.? Clarification is all I was looking for.? THE EMPLOYEE was the agitated one at first.? Not me!!The whole third paragraph of Luis's response is a total lie.? Totally untrue!!? I called back a second time after "the employee" was so rude to me and I felt the need to hung up because he was not listening to me, he was interrupting me and my sentences every time I tried to speakto again ask for the manager.? He became MORE beligerant and yesI did use foul language at that point.? I do regret that because I have ALWAYS BEEN A PROFESSIONAL.I WAS NEVERREPEATNEVER"...offered multiple times to speak to a manager NOR did I refuse."? This is why hello??? we were having this difficult discussion that escalated in the first place.It is unfortunate that "the employee" and Luis and "..involved employees in this incident" are? Review: I have never had to use an Employment Agency before in my life, as I have been a "professional" for over 42 years. My qualifications are many and my work ethics are better than most.

When applying to this company for a job, I filled out an application, gave them my resume, had an interview and did some testing. Since I have only been in the real estate field all my life, I did not use [redacted] or [redacted] hardly at all. So I know my testing was not as strong as I wished it would have been.

After applying sometime in November 2015, I have NEVER HEARD ONE WORD FROM THEM, unless I called them.

I was ONLY told that they would send my resume to prospective employers looking for someone "with my qualifications" I emphatically told them, "I will take anything. I just need to work".

TO THIS DAY, I HAVE NOT HEARD ONE WORD FROM THEM. (It's hard enough to not be employed or receiving income, but to not even acknowledge an adjusted resume sent to them that was shorter and clearer, it beyond my thinking.)

The worst part is, is that when I called and asked if I could speak with the owner (wanting to check with her, what their policy was and how the routine worked "specifically" with their office, [redacted] decided he was going to ask me "why" and drill me with more questions before just giving me to the person I felt could clear up my question better. He.....[redacted]... started getting rude with me so I hung up very frustrated.

Then I called back a few days later. He was even MORE RUDE, because I was angry at this point and he could hear it in my voice. He then proceeded to tell me he wasn't going to put me thru to Bonnie (owner) with that tone of voice. I told him I was angry at this point and he did not care. Then I blew my top and hung up again.

This employment agency has a reputation for being "ARROGANT" through out the Chico area, but I thought I would just try them anyway.

THEY HAVE PROVEN THEIR REPUTATION TO BE TRUE!!!Desired Settlement: I want an apology for this "[redacted]'s" behavior and I would like to speak with the owner once and for al.

To not hear from these people at all, with an update, with questions as to whether or not I am still available etc. is demeaning and rude. THEIR JOB IS TO HELP, NOT DESTROY SOMEONES SELF CONFIDENCE with this tone and behavior.

Someone needs to govern how these people operate... because they are WAY OUT OF LINE!!!!

Review: I received a letter asking for payment on outstanding invoice and demand for payment within 2 weeks before going to collections. per my correspondence with rush personnel from july 2015, I was not even aware that I owed an invoice, but most importantly, I was never contacted again from rush personnel from august 2015 thru february 2016 asking for any payment or letting me know that I was delinquent. having a business myself, this has the appearance of an attempt to collect finance charges and not an attempt to actually get paid. it seems to be to be bad business practice to never even tell a customer they owe money. they say they contacted me, yet the have no copies of any letters they supposedly sent and I have no messages from them at my place of business taken by any of my employees.Desired Settlement: would love to pay what I owe, no finance charges, all they had to do was ask or even send just one letter in 5 or so months between communication and they would have been paid. I offered to pay the original amount today and they said no
