Best Rally Towels and an amazing price
There's not enough words to describe the great experience of order at rushIMPRINT. The customer service goes above and beyond to respond all of my questions. The quality of the towels are even better than what I expected as the price was unbeatable. I received them long before I expected them. 100% recommended.

I ordered pens from RushImprintWhen I received the pens I was literally shocked by how bad they lookedI have ordered a lot of promo pens from different companies over the years and none have looked like thisPoor printing that bleeds from one letter to the next and the imprint looks like it has been scratched on half of the orderThis is absolutely the worst experience I have had with a promotions companyThe image was so poorly produced that I would not want to give these pens to anyone as they look terribleTrying to get this remedied is a nightmare of dodging and weaving and rushImprint hiding behind mystery suppliersWhy they would even use a supplier like this is beyond meEven though RI acknowledges the pens are not acceptable the latest is that the supplier must look at each oneI don't have a contract with the supplier, I have a purchase with RIThey said they would take them backI packaged them up and left them outside for pickup all dayNo one cameMost questions to RI go unanswered and while they pay lip-service, I am basically feeling like I will not get answersTheir website states the pens will come from CanadaThis was apparently a lie as they came from the U.Sand they will not disclose anything about why they say this and where they actually came from (the company)Based on my experience I would avoid RushImprint at all costsTerrible quality and worse customer serviceI will probably end up with a formal complaint here to the Revdex.com in order to get a refund if RI continues to stall or hide behind vendorsWhat a nightmare

I received someone else's promo items and not mine!! After a phonecall the day before shipment telling me they didn't have the right stock (really, when it should have been in the mail by then..) a box arrived with sunglasses the next day The problem was that they were imprinted with "***" instead of my organization's slogan I was out of time and the company had failed me miserably I looked bad to my organization and had nothing to mail our clients When I called them back to complain, my call was met with "please hold" Ten minutes later, the rep returns to the phone and says, "well, I see the problem was not on my end...must have been shipping!" REALLY!!!! That's the best they can do I'm fuming, you let me down after much grief and you're worried about who caused the problem!!! HOW ABOUT I'M SORRY AND we will return your money in full asap InsteadI had to get *** involved in order to get refund and that is unacceptable A huge FAIL!!!!!

I ordered about 200 ceramic mugs for my company from rushIMPRINT a few months ago, and was so excited when they came in! A few weeks after giving them out to numerous clients and staff members, I received several complaints that our logo washed right off the mugs. At first, I was in disbelief so I tried it myself and sure enough after ONE wash, our logo disappeared from the mug...several hundred dollars wasted :(

Although, I am very skeptical about ordering other products, I will say that the customer service is amazing. I ordered over the phone and received a confirmation proof email within minutes of purchasing the mugs; and the 'Artwork Proof Sheet' came shortly after. This sheet is very easy to read and understand.
