Disrespect?  I don't thinks so.  She was upset because the tires she got from some other co. did not last as long as she thought they should have.  I did not curse her as she says.  Did not disrespect her in any way.  If she needed tires, I would have been glad to sell her...

new tires.  As far as slamming her tire back on and leaving her lug nuts loose, we have been in business for a long time and I don't treat customers like that.  As far as giving her 4 new tires for nothing, she can fly to the moon.[redacted]
