Rushweb is a hosting company for our website & email We have had an urgent service ticket open with Rushweb since 9/3/( weeks) regarding an email issue where one account has no access to any of their email folders - all filed emails are totally inaccessible I explained to Liz on RushWeb's chat support that this was a critical problem due to school starting and there being emails in these folder that were necessary for a homeschool program After two weeks of constant attempts to get any response from RushWeb, I finally had someone tell me that it was an issue that they needed to work on with the vendor and they would be doing that the following day After an additional weeks, I can get no update and no contact from Rushweb I am just told to be patient - weeks is not being patient - this is just being ignored by the hosting company Because of the lack of customer support, we have decided to move a product we had contracted with Travis R [redacted] to write and host, (

Please remove your complaint with the Revdex.com as this is not anything we can fix for you.And in the future, before you file complaints saying things like "Shame on us for holding your domain hostage" make sure you have all of the facts. Especially...

disappointed that a fellow Rotarian would purposely attempt to damage another companies reputation before making sure they understand what they are accusing them of.A simple call to GoDaddy or any other domain registration service out there would have helped you educate yourself on this matter.You did not pay us to register and maintain your domain name. That's an additional $50 fee every 2 years. But I went ahead and did the research for you.The person who owns your domain name and is also in control of it is someone named "[redacted]". I don't know this person, but apparently they are part of, or were part of your organization at some point.Again, please remove the complaint at the Revdex.com and track down [redacted], as he's the only person who can help you.- Travis
