Rusinak Rentals

I lived in a home managed by Rusinak for two yearsThe first year was fineDuring the second year, there was a tree down in the yard for several months before the company contracted someone to remove it, in spite of me reporting the problem to them right awayI also went without water in my kitchen sink for more than two months in spite of placing a service request about that as wellThat only got fixed after the basement flooded due to a faulty AC and maintenence dealt with both problemsNow, nearly two months after moving out, I have been attempting to contact the owner of this company regarding the status of my deposit and have not received a response

My security deposit has not been returned. I have not been able to get in touch with anyone from the rental company for over two months. I have left several voice messages and sent numerous e-mails and still have not been contacted.
