Therefore, 3 days of storage was calculated as such: Vehicle towed In 10/18 (Day 1) 10/19 (Day 2) Picked up 10/20 (Day 3).When you called on 10/19 the bill was $187.17 as it was less than 24 hours since the vehicle had been brought In. I believe when you were looking at business hours, you must have found our auto repair location business hours, as they are open tlll 8:00pm. We have 3 different locattions which can be confusing, Our towing office Is only open till 5:00pm. When you arrived after our towing locatlon was closed, the fee to release the vehicle after hours Is $95.00. If you told us on the phone you would be coming after 5:00 pm we certainly would have told you about the after-hours release fee. Our rates end fees are regulated by the Cheektowaga Police Department allows all towing companies that are contracted to charge the same rates & to avoid companies charging unjustly fees.
