Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: I negotiated the deal through a broker, who went back and forth until they agreed to the dealThe agent (a women) working for the dealership came with the new car and took the old car after she inspected itAt this point the dealer's agent was the only one who had control over the car It is not reasonable to assume that a person would agree to any deal that is not sealedWhat if the cost of repair to the old vehicle was $20,It is possible with a $90,carCan the dealer show that I signed for an open ended deal where the terms were open? I am rejecting this response because: This is the full name I leased the car under and this is the full name I returned the 640GC underA few months ago, we transferred the lease to be both under my business name, PMC Ammunition Incand my name, O*** ***
The new lease is for BMW M3, with VIN WBS3C9***

I did find the customer. According to my GSM this deal was handled through a third party broker. We dealt with the broker, not the customer directly. He was not told anything by our employees. Any lease end charges are between the lease ends and the lessor  (BMW Financial Services).

I negotiated the deal through a broker, who went back and forth until they agreed to the deal. The agent (a women) working for the dealership came with the new car and took the old car after she inspected it. At this point the dealer's agent was the only one who had control over the car.  
It is not reasonable to assume that a person would agree to any deal that is not sealed. What if the cost of repair to the old vehicle was $20,000. It is possible with a $90,000 car. Can the dealer show that I signed for an open ended deal where the terms were open?
