Review: Russ Fleet Construction obtained a permit to do some work at my parents house. Left the job and never finished it.Desired Settlement: I would like Mr. Fleet to finish the job or refund my parents the money they paid him!
He has done this to a bunch of people. Im hoping the attorney general proceeds in charges
