Russ Noyes Roofing Contractor

After spending several thousand dollars over a five year period to repair leaks in our tile roof, we obtained 4 quotes for a replacement and chose Russ Noyes Roofing as our contractor. The estimate process with the owner Russ N, contacts with the office staff, installation, and follow up after the job was completed were outstanding. All of the work was completed professionally as promised in a timely manner and the communication with the job supervisor was exceptional. Except for waiting for tile delivery, the job was continuous from start to finish and it was cleaned up every evening prior to the crew departing. One could tell that everyone was well trained in their respective function. The estimate was reasonable and in the middle of the other three bids. Our roof was installed in April of last year and we continue to be very happy that we chose Russ Noyes Roofing for the job.

As for service after the job was completed, we recently had a couple of unforeseen minor issues that needed attention and they were addressed in a timely and very professional manner.

Needless to say, we highly recommend Russ Noyes Roofing and believe you will be happy to have had hired them for your roofing needs.

Never use Russ *** Roofers. He replaced my roof several years ago and being a single woman I knew nothing about ventilation and completely trusted Russ to do an excellent job. I have permanent steps leading up to a large planked out second story attic with an air conditioned room on one end. Two years ago I noticed the walls leading to my attic were wet and black mold was growing. I had a reputable contractor examine attic and he found the 3 vents from my bathrooms venting into my attic, just hanging there instead of going out of house. My ridgevent was undersized and my 3 attic fans had been pulled with their wires just hanging inside attic. As a result I have roof repairs to be done and worst of all a serious mold problem. I have a report on mold issue and inadequate roof job f rom John *** on ***. Forgot to mention Russ said all my copper gutters must be replaced when they could have been cleaned and reused. Russ Has a very nice engaging personality when trying to seal a deal but rather is a foul -mouthed, untrustworthy thief who took advantage of a single woman's trust. Under NO Circumstances should he be trusted !!
