Please see the letter from Mr*** that we are attaching to this email along with a photo of the only garment that was inside the package. He describes the item he is returning as a dress shirt. The term “dress shirt” more closely describes a polo which has a collar and buttons rather than a zippered fleece performance garment. The shirt in the package matches what his letter says. It is a polo which many would consider to be a “dress shirt”. The polo is a *** item and it is without defect. In his report to you, he is referencing *** which is a fleece performance garment. Such a garment is not referred to as a dress shirt. The letter itself should clear up any confusion on his end as to what he returned to us. There were no other items in his package aside from the polo shirt and we have received no separate package from Mr***. We returned the *** exclusive polo to him at the address he includes in his letter but we are not seeing him communicate that to you. We are not pleased to have him dissatisfied in this case. However, we would not be able to consider his claim of returning an item that the contents of his package as well as his signed and dated letter do not reflect. Additionally, we do not guarantee or find just cause in replacing any items that are without defectThanks for writing, *** Consumer Services

Our stance is the same as on Thursday. He sent us a garment but it was not the garment he is identifying in the report he made with you. Further, the garment he enclosed was without defect and no longer being stocked/produced by our manufacturing
partner for the *** exclusive product line and therefore was returned to him with a letter of explanation. We reached out to him by phone after receiving his complaint through you and have been unsuccessful at touching base. Nonetheless, the garment he returned isn’t the item he is reporting, plus there was no defect in the item he actually did return to usThanks, *** Consumer Services
