located and inventoried for retail sale with a Kentucky based Lexus dealership. *** Online Vehicle Exchange offers licensed auto dealers the opportunity to purchase inventory from one another utilizing a facilitating auction location to complete the transaction. When *** *** *** purchased the Lexus RX350, a courtesy walk-around was performed by *** when the vehicle arrived to our location in accordance with the *** Online Vehicle Exchange facilitation agreement.During the courtesy walk-around, no damages were identified that would qualify the vehicle for arbitration under the *** *** *** *** *** Arbitration guidelines *** has reviewed applicable (*** Arbitration Policies with *** *** *** in regards to this purchase. With regard to *** *** *** request for a full refund of the vehicle and transportation costs, CCAA has been unable to identify any qualifying condition that would require a refund from the Lexus dealership.
