While his gang turned their backs on the deal,the perpetrator of this ruse fired back with a round of liesIt is absurd to believe that I took a bad check to mislead somebody so they would sign a deceptive contract; but it is criminal for someone to believe otherwise and to malign an innocent person when the truth is toldB.K
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:MR Haynes had informed our realtor that he had a contract for our property, but because of a prior event concerning deposits made on property, we asked our realtor to be sure that there was a deposit in an escrow account before we would sign any contactsMrHaynes said there was and gave him a copy of a check written on business and our realtor sent contract and copy of check for us to make any changes necessary and signWe signed contract and returned it to our realtorWe later found out that the deposit check was written on company and would be replaced at later date with another check and not been placed in escrowWe checked with the state of Virginia and learned that the company was still in business and check was goodThe buyer never gave another check for to MrHaynes and decided he didn't want propertyMrHaynes took this check knowing that it wasn't going to be deposited to mislead us so we would sign contractThis seems like bad business ethics and may even be illegal.
