HI,In responding to the complaint regarding the turnaround time of the Barracuda gauges I'm afraid everything he says is correct: I did promise him an 8-week turnaround time and his gauges have indeed been here for months. Or were here, we restored his cluster last week and shipped
it back to him yesterday, Tuesday, Dec 8th. I spoke with him a couple of times on Monday and Tuesday and I received this Revdex.com email today, Wednesday. In our defense we had one of our technicians leave the company when he moved away and the tech who does most of these Mopar clusters got prostate cancer and missed quite a bit of work. Unfortunately that does nothing to help our customer's situation when he needs the gauges and I've apologized to him for the delay. Since the gauges were shipped yesterday he hasn't received them yet but they turned out beautifully, fully refaced and restored and I sincerely hope he's happy with them and will consider using us in the future despite the time delay. This kind of problem is not for us and I want to ensure he's happy when the transaction is completed. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.Auto Instruments has given me a shipping tracking number for my reconditioned instruments.   I'm still waiting for these to arrive.
