I am very impressed with the service I received from Russel J. Richardson. My relatively new badger 900 disposal became defective and insinkerator referred me to Russ for a determination. I now have his company on speed dial as his service was so outstanding! He always responds to calls or texts immediately, he is very honest and helpful, never leaves you hanging. His workers were excellent as well, they very efficient in making a determination and replacing the disposal. What an outstanding company to deal with, I see why insinkerator refers customers to them. I highly recommend them.
Living far from your mom when she has household difficulties is frustrating at best, you hope that the person she calls does the job you would do if you were closer My Mom called Russell to perform some plumbing repairs, he arrived on time, did an excellent job (she was very impressed with the job itself, the professional manner, and the clean up) Based on his competence the first task, she mentioned that she was having a problem with her heating system that several people had tried to fix, and would he mind taking a look He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired that as well She asked me to post this as she is not on line
