As with any issue it is never simple or one thing Due to N-Hance being a sub-contractor on this project it took longer than desired to resolve this issue. We needed approvals from multiple levels to resolve this and were not able to act upon the refund request alone. At this time,
I can finally say that the customer will be completely refunded for the full amount of the job pending completion and return of all necessary contracts and paperworkN-Hance stands by its process and the quality of work completed at the townhouse of complaint#*** However, it is clear that we failed the customer in this case We have begun our internal review process and will be implementing changes to our sales process, understanding and expectations on warranty issues and improving our technical processes After this internal review we will re-train all and any employees as necessary. We invite any future customers to inquire about this issue and look forward to having an open discussion of the issues within this complaint and what we as a company have done to resolve and minimize the possibility of them occurring again in the future
