Horrible experience this lady, Toni rented the house next-door to me to some people that I never had a conversation with after five months they moved out yesterday . Around 730 last night I started receiving threatening messages from Toni herself after careful research of the phone number. This is what I found. The three of them are clearly in cahoots this was all turned over to the police department and my attorney. I thought it was the neighbors at first I was shocked when we figured out it was actually Toni. Please review the photos and messages. Everybody should be aware. This lady is clearly not well. I have lived in this house for over 25 years and I’ve never had any problems until Russell property group started moving people into my neighborhood. I’m not even sure how she got my phone number. I’m guessing she used her abilities as a realtor to Google my property and get my phone number.
Poor customer service Russell Properties currently manages the HOA @ [redacted] I received a threatening letter from Russell Properties last week concerning my charcoal grill on my patio when was not in bad shape I was threatened a fine of $per day until it was removed I removed it last night Currently, the landscaping is not being taken care of properly Some shrubbery was removed, and none has been planted in its place Also no pine straw or mulch has been placed around shrubbery or plants this year The landscaping has a very poor appearance, which affects property owners who are trying to sell their units Their is a need for new HOA board members to replace some of the older members that are willing to follow up on needs and get things done Thanks [redacted] @gmail.com
Poor customer serviceRussell Properties billed for HOA fees and sent the bill to the wrong addressAfter MONTHS of not receiving a bill, a bill was sent to the correct addressWe called the business to straighten everything outRussell Properties said they sent it to an address that did not exist while continuing to add late feesThrough no fault of our own we had accrued late feesWhen we tried to resolve the issue, Russell Properties stated that we should have known that fees are due every year on JanuaryWe live in a brand new developement and this is our first home, their stand on the issue is that we should have knownOn top of that, the HOA fee increased for the current year, Russell Properties failed to notify us of thisRecently we have been increasingly notified about our ditch maintenanceOur ditch looks exactly like every other ditch in the developement

Total waste of time trying to contact them, endless passing around extensions to end up at an answer phone to which nobody will return your call
