Review: Mr. [redacted] had done a stamped concrete patio and sidewalk for us 4 years ago.The patio and sidewalk began showing defective markings a few years ago and are increasing every year. Even though we have sealed the concrete every spring and fall this has not solved the problem. I ran into Mr. [redacted] locally and he told me he would come and look at it. We have left numerous messages with his answering service, just asking if he would look at the patio and let us know if something could be done before we applied sealer for the winter months. Unfortunetly, a month or more has gone by and he has not returned any of our calls or came to look at the patio as promised.Desired Settlement: I would like him to look at the patio and let me know if anything can be done to prevent this from happening any further. A simple request that he has completely ignored.
