I replaced her roof 3 years ago. we added more vents to the roof. the problem is who ever build the house (I think it was the homeowner) didnt install any soffit vents so the roof is not venting properly. I am working with the city to figure...
out how much venting it should have no one knows that answer. So I dont know why it is my responsibility when it was never constructed properly in the first place? and pasted inspection ? It should be the responsibility of the builderhomeowner or the city. Why am I being punished because they dont know what they are doing.
