I have read the customer’s complaint regarding a defective Robo Sweeper that she bought in January. I am very sorry for the difficulty she has had with the product and also with her attempt to exchange it at our [redacted], SC Lily’s location. I would gladly replace it for her today with a new item, but we no longer have this product in stock. However, in order to rectify this situation, we are sending her a gift certificate for $25.00 today by mail.
We truly regret the inconvenience experience by this customer, and we certainly want to make her one of the many satisfied Lily’s customers that we have in [redacted]. We appreciate the fact that she chose to shop with us, and we want the chance to change a negative experience into a positive one. Many thanks for giving me the opportunity to address this issue.
