I signed up for the monthly car wash program over the summer. Unlimited washes and my card was getting charged $21.26 per month.
However, for the 11/7/18 and then again on 12/7/18, they charged me $41.47 each time.
There was NO MENTION of the rate going up after summer. There is NO MENTION of it in the handout that I was given either.
VERY SNEAKY.
We did have a summer promotion for June, July, August, September and October. Customers were paying $19.99 for an unlimited wash pass and getting our best wash of $24 everytime they would come in. The promotion ended on October 31st, 2018 and customers were advised to cancel the membership if they didn’t want to be charged the full price that displays on all our outdoors menu and flyer.
