On July XX XXXX I experienced having the neutral wire on THEIR power pole breakIt was not due to bad weather because it midday on a bright sunny dayThe result of the breakage of the wire is over $dollars worth of home appliancesRanging from stove and refrigerator to gaming systems and flat screen TVfiled acclaim with oncor on July XX XXXX and received a response todayI was never personally contacted...just the letterIn a nutshell it states I was supposed to have surge preventers on EVERYTHINGI did have it on the computer and it saved itbut had it on the TV and gaming system and didn't helpNot sure they make a surge preventer that I can plug in the stoveIf I didn't have to spend $replacing everything maybe I could afford a whole house surge preventer....never needed one beforethanks oncor
