Mr*** accusations could NOT be farther from the truthOur service advisor, Lance, went above and beyond the insurance claim repair processLance made numerous phone calls to Mr*** insurance agent to get additional repairs

It must be noted that from the very beginning I was the only one that could authorize repairs to be performed to my vehicle and not my insurance companySee supporting documents #and # form my insurance company (attached), but the Lexus of Merrillville Dealership refused to acknowledge and accept this simple fact and chose to engage in unlawful, unprofessional and unauthorized actsSee attachment #
The general denial forwarded by the Lexus Dealership of Merrillville will not suffice
The dealership failed to respond directly to each claim In the original complaint, and opted to boast of being an elite award winning entityAwards do not make them exempt from being held accountable for engaging In unlawful, unauthorized and unprofessional conductDealer rater has numerous complaints listed against this dealership and their conduct described by is not new
Instead of responding to each numbered issue in my original complaint, the dealership chose to entertain the misspelling of employees names, etcby meThis also envinces the mentality of those that are employed at the dealershipIt's worth noting that I received each persons name on a piece of paper from *** *** after I requested suchIf those names appear misspelled then that's an Issue that the dealership should take up with their employees to ensure that they all know how to spell each other's names correctly so that when a customer requests such, it will be correctly given
The outright lie that the dealership put in their response to wit; that my car had bumps and bruises all over it before I brought the car to them just shows their disgrace and dishonestyThank god I took pictures of my car (and still have them In my phone) as it was being pulled onto the flat bed of the car tow service The pictures as well as receipts from a body shop envinces my car was newly painted and had no dents nor bruises

I have recently spoke with Mr***When Mr *** came into our service department, we looked at his seatOur service
advisor Chris *** explained to Mr*** that the problem with the seat would not be covered under the Lexus factory warrantyHis seat had a tear or hole in itIt was not a factory flawThats when our advisor stated he would "try " to get this problem covered by Lexus as "good will"..there was a time we thought we could accomplish this, but could not.We shouls have had better dialogue with Mr *** while we were working with LexusBut the end result we could not changeThe seat did not have a manufacturer flaw, it happened under the ownership of Mr ***
OFFER:
We would be willing to pay for the labor to install a new seat cover if Mr *** bought the seat coverapproximate value

I did speak to Pete with Lexus when he calledThey did not offer anything to me and did not tell me the cost of the material to do the workHe said he would call me back but never heard from himI already had it fixed If they would like to send me a check for the to off set the repairs I had to pay they were suppose to be done at no charge per Chris at Lexus I would accept that
