To Whom This May Concern:In regards to [redacted], Complaint #[redacted] ([redacted]). On 11-28-15, Saturday, I arrived at 10:05 a.m. to do service on her Samsung Refrigerater. Itoubleshooted her refrigerater, the problem was the processor (control board). The condenser fan was notcoming on in...

freezer, indicator lights not coming on. Iinformed her that the part had to be ordered through [redacted]. whom Ino longer order [redacted] with because of recent bad mishaps on their part,Iam stuck with [redacted] that Ipaid for with my money-per customers who change their mind after waiting too long for a part, Iam at a loss financially, and of course stuck with a [redacted] Ido not need. [redacted]. said that the payment had to be on hold, butin the process of ordering it, it was confirmed the payment had been made through my [redacted] card that Ihave for [redacted] only. Idon't beleive that they send free [redacted]. This same predicament happened 2 times prior. Example of the exact reason Ido not order [redacted] any longer. The tracking # was also send to her so she would know exactly where her part was. For somereason or another their system is not viable to our ordering any longer. I explained to her about it, but she said "Russell,Itrust you,go ahead and order it". Our agreement from the beginning was that I order the part and install it for her, she was too impatient and started threatening me about calling the Revdex.com,in which she did. In my 35 yrs. having my business I have never been called in by any customer. I cannot satisfy every customer all of the time! She apparently went ahead of the order and had it repaired,after I had went to troubleshoot the [redacted]. In my opinion the ballgame cannot change because she wants it to, an agreement is solid & binding. Three days before the part arrived she called and said she wanted her money back because it had taken so long. That is the [redacted] fault, none on my behalf. I send her the processor and explained to her of the circumstances. Isuggest that she should keep the part incase for future use. Enclosed are the reciepts (invoices) & part. Processor-part# 5330352, Price $107.81. S/H $6.95. I informed you that I did not want to order the part because of the inconsistency of the [redacted] companies,but you still asked me to make the order. I therefore ordered the part on 12-1-15, at your request through Appl iance [redacted],phone #1-[redacted]. I gave you the tracking # so you could be aware of where exactly that part was. It is not my fault that the part took so long to arrive. In fact now [redacted] is claiming that the part was not paid for but yet they sent the part to me,which is impossible,they do not sent free [redacted]. This is exactly why I do not like to order [redacted] for the customers on their behalf, I end up getting the blame. I informed you about this situation but like I said you still wanted me to order the part. All because you could not wait 3 more days this has cost me alot of time and hours that I have to pay my secretary, and it goes on and on from here. When Iwent to your house to "troubleshoot" your refrigderator I told you the problem which makes it alot easier for someone else to repair it. To shorten this redundant mess up, because you have notified the Revdex.com (I been in business for 35 years, and you are the first person to call the Revdex.com on me) Ihave no choice but to stick to our original agreement which states on Invoice #[redacted], I'm sorry but you cannot change the rules in the middle of the ball game. Any court of law would go by what is in writing and signed,again invoice # [redacted]. This will take time, but in the future when this mess  is  straightened  out  you  will  be  refunded  theappropiate amount.Again, it takes my secretary alot of, hours.Enclosed is a service invoice; if this amount is not paid in 30 days it will be forwarded to the "[redacted]", whom takes care of all my delinquent accounts.From The Office Of "Hilo [redacted] Repair".Russell *.
