I received a confirmation of my order from them.
The order was put through [redacted]. March 17, 2014 the same day I received confirmation from the company.
The money was transferred. I waited for my order. I received no communication from them about my
order status. I tried to contact them through their website on-line chat... no one is ever on line. Left messages... no response.
Called through the phone # given. and left messages... no response.
I waited on hold on the phone for 1.5 hours no one answered.
No tub. Today is May 14, 2014.Desired Settlement: I am going to go through [redacted] to try to cancel the order and get my money back.
This hopefully will help others.
Review: I ordered a pre-cut sauna kit from [redacted] online. Upon receipt of the sauna kit which came in several boxes on a large pallet, two of the boxes were dented. I took pictures of the dented boxes in case there was damage to included parts. Upon opening the sauna heater box, I found damage to the red painted housing. We went ahead with installation so the customer could use the heater in case an adequate solution to the damaged paint was available. Instead, upon installation and testing the heater will not function. The electrician verified there is power being delivered to the unit, but the heater will still not turn on.After many attempts to contact [redacted], I also emailed the sales rep who originally handled the order. [redacted]. said she'd contact [redacted] (the heater manufacturer) because it is a warranty issue. I disagree that it's a warranty issue- it didn't work right out of the box and there's evident damage to the unit due to shipping. At any rate, I thanked her and waited to hear from her. After a couple of days I again emailed her, and she said [redacted] was requiring us to go through trouble-shooting to solve the problem. That doesn't address the fact that there's damaged paint on the heater and that it was damaged in shipping. There may be a loose connection or a damaged internal component, I have no way to know. I responded and said that wasn't acceptable, that my customer won't accept that solution. With evident damage, it seems likely that the heater may fail earlier than it should. I have since not heard from her, and with the track record of communication from this company I'm unsure I will.I now have to order a new heater (approximately $1,000) to replace the current one and hope to recover the extra cost from [redacted]. It doesn't seem that serving their customers is important to this company- I'm hoping the Revdex.com can help resolve this issue.Desired Settlement: I need a new heater shipped to me immediately, or immediate reimbursement for the heater I'll have to buy, as well as covering the added cost of my electrician re-installing the heater unit for a second time. A letter of apology to my customer might help as well- she's extremely angry with ME, even though it's the supplier's fault.
