I'm a fan of the Russian Table service. I was a Russian Table customer for a few years and placed orders almost every month. Russian Table wins on quality and convenience. The reason why I like Russian Table better is because of its quality. The company buys its food directly from product manufacturers. You can find most Russian and Eastern European food here. Prices are reasonable and the selection is amazing.

Review: From this business (RussianTable.com) I ordered food items that were said to be imported directly from the [redacted]. My order was made on the [redacted] of March. The website said that the products would ship out from the company's warehouse after 1-2 days of my order being processed. I waited a week and got no reply from the company's e-mail address. I decided to call them concerning my order on the [redacted] of March and was answered by a person who seemed to not know the English language, but clearly had a Russian accent. Within seconds of calling both the toll-free number and the other number provided in the Contact Us section of the website, I was hung up on both times and still have not received a reply to my inquiry e-mail and with no items delivered to my doorstep.Desired Settlement: I do not feel comfortable with this company having my credit card information. I would like them to either ship my order or cancel it completely.
