I am in process of working this complaint out with *** ***. We have sent *** *** a copy of the original paperwork from 11/**/that stated a minimum usage fee may be applicable. The has always been a minimum usage fee we waived years prior to this year. With the cost of
the tanks going up every year we can not absorb it. We are willing to split the fee this year from $to $35 and next year if the usage doesn't meet the criteria, the fee will be $70. Thank you*** ***

Review: I have been a customer of [redacted] for over 5 years with no issues until now. On 12/**/14 I was charged a $70.00 minimum usage fee to my account. I had a $68.56 credit on my account from my previous order. I have a small 100lb tank that I only use for cooking. I don't use a lot of propane. They claimed that the 50 gallon a year minimum was always in effect and that it was on the contract that I signed. I was told that they were being generous by not charging me this fee all these years. I understand that they need to make money like any other business. I would have liked some notice stating that the policy will be in effect. The female I spoke to was incredibly rude she said her name was "**". All she did was scream at me and cut me off every time I tried to speak. I was not rude to her. She hung the phone up on me. [redacted] needs to send this employee to anger management classes and give her a verbal warning. In this day and age where businesses need customers we should be treated with respect.Desired Settlement: I simply would like my $68.56 refunded to me. [redacted] stole my hard earned money and should be accountable. I would like to remain a customer but I want that money back. Thank you.
