I am rejecting this response because: His response was laughable, because there was so much fabrication on what he said. I understand that he is trying to defend himself, and paint himself a nice picture on what happened, but I cant stand to read lies. But this whole incident was simple. I asked him to do a job, we agreed on the price and he didnt deliver. I paid him in full before the job was done, because I thought he could use the money for Christmas. I was very foolish in trusting this individual, in coming back and completing the job and he didnt. And I didnt just call a few times, I called many times with no response to let me know he was coming back, 'JUST NOTHING" hours led to days and then days to led to weeks and now here I am. and now I have ruined floors that I have to pay another person to fix his incompetance that he left on my livingroom floor. Now that he has done this to me, I looked up his name on the internet, and read that he has done this to other people as well. Once again, I learned a valuable lesson in this. I just do not want anyone else to become another victim by this guy, because he is a FRAUD and stole my money.

I agree to disagree.There are NO refunds. Customer obtained what he paid for. There are customers who want work done for free.I am sure that even multi billion dollar companies all the way down to the very smallest entity experience these types of customers.This customer makes it sound as if he where giving me some king of charity. Which is NOT the case.Again, every decision that I made was approved by customer.Feed back is always an essential part of every project, he was there, everytime.Therefore, why did he let me continue, why did he not object during the project. He never did Object he did provide feed back and I obliged to his requests.In conclusion:I provide my professional opinion on how to remedy the issue; customer(s) then make the decision on how to proceed. I do what customer(s) ask me too do. I have clients, who ask how much will it cost to remedy the issue (s) at hand? If they like the price they instruct me to remedy the issue. Applying my professional workmanship. The outcome is approved by client (s). EVERYTIME!Thank You!P.S.I have pictures to show, before, during, after.
