Review: Made a $200 deposit on 09/24/2015 at Rustic Acres Furniture for a sofa. Rustic Acres ordered the sofa from the manufacturer, Jackson Furniture Cleveland TN. Paid remainder of balance of $699.94 on 10/13/2015. Sofa was delivered within a few days. On November 20, 2015 I stopped in at Rustic Acres to let them know that there were issues with the sofa. The padding on all seat cushions was bunching up. It was uncomfortable to look at and to sit on. I emailed photos of the seats shortly after that. Rustic Acres contacted the manufacturer, who then said they would make a replacement sofa. After the replacement sofa was delivered in mid February, the same issues occurred. Rustic Acres contacted the sofa manufacturer, who agr[redacted] to refund our money. Rustic Acres has refused to refund our money, stating that they are only willing to give us a store credit. I attempted to do a charge back thru Visa, but it was outside the time frame limits.Desired Settlement: We want a full refund for the price of the sofa, and for Rustic Acres to pick up the defective sofa. They have refused to answer our emails.
