I rented lot 24 from Dec/2018 to September/2019
I was told that my deposit of 379.00 was going to be mailed to me
I called the Office several times and talked with manager Lois. Every time I was assured that
She had requested the check and she would let me know as soon as it posted
Last time I spoke with her, I requested a name and address/phone number of someone responsible at headquarters. Once again I was re-assured that it would be mailed as soon as it was posted
Later attempts to call resulted in messages saying that no phone calls were accepted at this time
I called at several different days and time
I was unable to find out who owns this park to request my deposit back
Other (requires explanation) I would like my deposit check to be send to
Everything was posted the day she sold her home. I have email corporate on several occasions. I am not Accounts Payable. You can reach accounts payable at

I have e-mailed the person referred to in the answer to my original complaint.
As if today I have not received an answer
Even if the Manager of Rustic Acres is not responsible, the company that received my deposit would be. Do I have to file another claim against an e-mail address?
