This incident occurred while I was operating a completely different business with two other partners, this business was named The Raw StudioThat business ended a little after the hard drives were fried during a remodel and at that time my partners and I decided to close it down due to the extent
of damage it causedAll families affected were offered re-takes and there were no dissatisfied clients except for Mrs*** Mrs*** has been a very difficult customer to satisfyNothing we have done will resolve her issuesOnly pictures were able to be recovered of Mrs***'s daughter and the nieceThese pictures were edited and sent to Mrs*** via our website at the time (The Raw Studio) This incident not only affected Mrs*** but affected other families and nearly past clientsA refund was offered at which time Mrs*** failed to accept demanding 'all' the pictures from her photo-shootMrs*** came into our business very upset yelling at our employee(s)When we contacted Mrs***, she refused to come in for a refund. Time after time she continues to bad mouth my new business, The Rustic Garden on our facebook page and on a public and local pageAgain, I let it go as I understand that I will not be able to please each and every customer no matter what I say or doI also let it go because that was an old business and I run my business, The Rustic Garden completely different Mrs*** has consistently bad mouthed my name and my association with The Rustic Garden business at which I felt compelled to stand up for and decided at one point to explained the entire situation to our fans on facebook and on a public community page. She was very upset by that but it cleared up a lot of questions and many thanked meI feel her complaint is irrelevant as this incident occurred with a completely different business and not my current businessMrs*** has not accepted any FREE shoots from The Rustic Garden and has continued to complain to people in the community. of damage it caused. All families affected were offered re-takes and there were no dissatisfied clients except for Mrs. [redacted].  Mrs. [redacted] has been a very difficult customer to satisfy. Nothing we have done will resolve her issues. Only 4 pictures were able to be recovered of Mrs. [redacted]'s daughter and the niece. These pictures were edited and sent to Mrs. [redacted] via our website at the time (The Raw Studio) This incident not only affected Mrs. [redacted] but affected 4 other families and nearly 35 past clients. A refund was offered at which time Mrs. [redacted] failed to accept demanding 'all' the pictures from her photo-shoot. Mrs. [redacted] came into our business very upset yelling at our employee(s).
