Horrible customer service!!! I purchased a queen bed, night stands and tv standThe Queen bed was at store and was told I could pick it up within days since I did have a way to take it home right thenNo problem with thatThe TV stand was special ordered so I had to waitNo problem with thatThe nights were at warehouse minutes away and could fit in my vehicleThey sent me to warehouse to pick up night stands they had right sided stands and no left sided standsThey said they will order left sided onesOkNext day I call to make sure I can pick up bedI was told it wasn't at store and that it was now at the warehouseI asked why? and why nobody notified me? The owner Carolyn stated because that is there policy and they do not hold other peoples stuff at there store because they don't have roomI asked her if she did not understand my frustration because she hadn't apologized for the miscommunicationShe stated I'm not apologizing for anythingLater that day I went to warehouse to pick up queen bed frameIt would not fit in the bed of my truck so the young guy told me to drive to get rope at [redacted] just a few miles awayminutes later I arrive back from [redacted] with a strap and the warehouse was closedNo one informed me that it would be closing when he told to me run to [redacted] real quickI called the store to ask why this happened and again no one seemed to under my frustrationThe next day at 10:30am I call once again to ask about picking up my bed and I was told I would get a phone call backat 2:30pm I called since I had not heard back from anyoneAt that time I was informed that I had already been refunded in fullNo one notified me of this eitherI did not ask for a refundAnd their receipt states "All in stock furniture is for return with store credit only within days of purchase daysAll special order items non-refundable for store credit or cash." This was already paid completely in full and I was now the owner, thus why they wouldn't hold it in their store for medays later I still have no pending refund at my bankRND Rustic at has same full bedroom set up for $moreThis hassle was not worth trying to save $Save your blood pressurethese people aren't worth it!

Horrible customer service!!!
I purchased a queen bed, 2 night stands and tv stand.
The Queen bed was at store and was told I could pick it up within 7 days since I did have a way to take it home right then. No problem with that.
The TV stand was special ordered so I had to wait. No problem with that.
The nights were at warehouse 15 minutes away and could fit in my vehicle.
They sent me to warehouse to pick up night stands they had 2 right sided stands and no left sided stands. They said they will order left sided ones. Ok.
Next day I call to make sure I can pick up bed. I was told it wasn't at store and that it was now at the warehouse. I asked why? and why nobody notified me? RND Rustic at 1488 has same full bedroom set up for $100 more. This hassle was not worth trying to save $100. Save your blood pressure.... these people aren't worth it!
